Peer learning forum: Building Impactful Community Engagement
AudienceBITC members with a community partnership
Thu, 10 September 2020 @ 10:00 – 11:30
This online peer learning forum will look at how as a business community we can contribute to the brave changes we want to see in our society.
Working within our communities has never been so important. As we rebuild, can we construct impactful community work that is more inclusive and collaborative with the people that need it most?
In recent months we have had to pause and amplify some practices, we have seen bold innovation and learning. As we question what community means to us now, we will come together to explore how we build back better.
Aims of the peer learning forum
Participants will learn:
- what are the key social issues?
- how to build robust long-term community strategy not in isolation
- how to identify our key collaborators
- how we align all our community work to our internal culture and all business practices.
This event is free to BITC members with a Community partnership.
