Attendees will hear insights and discuss how to support employee’s financial wellbeing at this Peer Learning Forum convened by Business in the Community (BITC) and supported by Santander.

To improve health and workplace productivity, employers are seeking to re-visit the way in which they support their employees’ financial wellbeing, and how they tailor their offer to the needs of their workforce.

About the event
The financial wellbeing findings from the BITC Mental Health at Work 2019 Report, in partnership with Mercer Marsh Benefits, will be presented, as well as insight from BITC’s Ensuring Everyone Benefits: Improving financial wellbeing through employee benefits that work for everyone financial wellbeing toolkit, delivered in partnership with Salary Finance.
Santander will share how its investment in financial wellbeing is proving popular with its employees.

Who should attend this event?
This event is open to BITC members with Age, Race, Gender and Wellbeing partnerships, with priority booking access for members with Wellbeing partnerships. This will be of use to human resources (HR), wellbeing and benefits practitioners, and anyone who is charged with developing their organisation’s financial wellbeing approach.
