Roundtable: Good Practice on Allyship
Wed, 30 September 2020 @ 15:00 – 16:00
Following the release of Business in the Community’s (BITC) Race at Work Black Voices Report and webinar, Richard Iferenta, Chair of the Race Equality Leadership Team, is leading a virtual roundtable event for employers to share what content they are including in their allyship programmes as part of their response to the UK and US anti-racism protests.
About the event
The contributions made during the roundtable will feed into insights and materials to support a larger event for employers across the BITC business network, which will be taking place at a later date.
This roundtable is invitation only.
About BITC’s work on Race
Racism happens every day. We need allies who can act at all times, not just when violence reaches the media. People in every workplace must learn about their role in ensuring their company is a safe place for all kinds of people to work.
