Bruce Tait Associates (BTA), a BITC partner, is a consultancy and recruitment service that specialises in working with charities. They want to work with businesses across the UK to link middle and senior managers with rewarding charity board opportunities for mutual benefit.

BTA will offer trustee training courses and a matching service. BITC is supporting the launch of the initiative as it is another way to be a responsible business.
