About the webinar
This webinar is for employers who want to overcome challenges associated with recruiting diverse talent. During this Setting Targets For Diverse Recruitment webinar Business in the Community (BITC) will share insights, trends and analysis from our latest Race at Work Charter survey.

Those attending will hear first-hand from employers sharing some of the innovative practical actions taken to create a diverse talent pool, by setting ambitious but realistic recruitment targets.

This event is open to BITC members and Race at Work Charter signatories. There will also be a limited number of spaces available for non-members.  

The event is suitable for anyone who is interested in inclusive recruitment practices, including human resources (HR) managers, Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) network chairs and responsible business practitioners.
