Tackling the climate crisis is everyone’s business
Business in the Community (BITC) Climate Action Director, Gudrun Cartwright, and Circular Economy Director, Peter Belk, explain how organisations can harness climate action for business benefit.
This online peer learning forum will explore ways to engage colleagues and clients in environmentally sustainable commuting and business travel, to reduce emissions and help achieve net zero targets.
Background
The COVID-19 pandemic has caused many people to evaluate what is necessary business travel1. As we build back responsibly, how can we make sure that we do not fall back into bad habits and instead utilise new technologies and behaviours to keep business travel down?

The time is now for businesses to seize the opportunity and build back responsibly. Business in the Community (BITC) has set out new priorities for how business can deliver the change that is needed for society and the planet. Find out more about BITC’s #BuildBackResponsibly campaign
