Wed, 18 March 2020  @  10:00  –  11:00

This webinar will cover key diversity issues, the business case for engaging with diversity and ways to get started on inclusion in your organisation.

The session will draw on the findings of the Business in the Community’s (BITC) report, The Race at Work Charter: One Year On 2019, the largest research about the experiences of black, Asian and minority (BAME) people in the workplace, BITC diversity benchmark data and information from Harvard’s Implicit Association Test among other sources. Participants will discuss real-life scenarios and take part in focused discussions. This will make a very direct link between the issues discussed and the context in which participants work.

This event is open to members and non-members of BITC.

It is designed to benefit diversity and inclusion managers/champions, line managers and HR professionals.
