A year on – lessons learned and the path ahead for gender equality

Join the Business in the Community (BITC) Gender Equality campaign team and a panel of expert speakers to celebrate International Women’s Day 2021. (IWD Day).

Almost a year to the day since the UK first entered lockdown, join BITC at this International Women’s Day discussion to consider lesson learned when it comes to gender equality at work, and the opportunities to accelerate progress in the ‘new normal.’

 Chaired by BITC Gender Campaign Director Charlotte Woodworth, speakers at ‘A year on – lessons learned and the path ahead for gender equality’ include: 

 In keeping with this year’s IWD theme ‘Choose to Challenge’, BITC will also reveal its Gender Equality Route Map which encompasses key recommendations to protect and foster greater gender equality at this time, as well as the stretch goals businesses need to implement to progress. “

  • securing women’s positions at work in 2021
  • gender equality through an intersectional lense
  • equal pay and closing the gender pay gap.

This webinar is suited to anyone with an interest in gender equality. It is open to BITC members with a limited number of places for non-members.
