DESCRIPTION:Join us to discuss how wellbeing champions and mental health first aiders can support your workforce wellbeing strategy\n\n\nThis is an online event. \nAudience\nBusiness in the Community (BITC) members who have advisory in their membership package. Our Peer Learning Forums (PLF) are now open to all members who have advisory in their membership package – hosted by our issue experts\, there are 20 forums a year\, covering a range of responsible business areas and enabling our members to discuss challenges\, solutions and ideas. Wellbeing and inclusion practitioners\, HR professionals and ERG leads will find this session particularly useful. \n\n\nAbout the event\nWhile many organisations now employ wellbeing practitioners\, it is a tall order to effect positive change on wellbeing in your business as an “army of one”.  We will explore the invaluable role that a vibrant community of wellbeing champions and well supported mental health first aiders can bring your strategic approach to life across the most complex and widespread of organisations.    \nBITC’s Workwell Model and Self-Assessment Tool (SAT) place importance on “better health and wellbeing” in responsible businesses – considering wellbeing holistically as something that we all deserve.  \n\n\nAbout Business in the Community’s Peer Learning Forums\nBITC’s Peer Learning Forums provide a confidential environment to discuss common issues\, solutions\, and good practice.
