SUMMARY:Peer Learning Forum: Gender Equality and Wellbeing
DESCRIPTION:Join us to discuss the wellbeing of individuals of all genders to understand how all needs can be accounted for within your organisation.\n\n\nAudience\nOpen to gender\, wellbeing\, or inclusion champion advisory members. \n\n\nOverview\nThis session will look at how you can develop your practices and policies to ensure that all genders are included and feel seen. We will discuss the wellbeing of men\, women\, non-binary\, transgender and other gender minority groups to understand how workforce professionals can ensure that different needs are accounted for. This will ensure nobody is left behind as an organisation develops its approach to becoming a truly responsible business. \n\n\nThe aims and objectives of the event\nThis peer learning forum will support attendees to understand the wellbeing concerns that gender minorities face and what organisations can do to support them. Rather than reinventing the wheel\, we are adding and developing to ensure that the wheel is representative of the workforce to ensure that individuals do not experience isolation and receive the readily available support they need. \n\n\nLearn more about how Business in the Community (BITC) can help you create a more gender-equal workplace. \nBooking\, contact details and further information\n\nContact Jessica Hart\, Events Coordinator at BITC\, for any further questions.\nFull joining instructions will be sent before the event.\n\nFind out how your organisation can become a member of Business in the Community
