DESCRIPTION:Join us to learn how to use data to uncover wellbeing and inclusion insights that strengthen organisational culture and performance.\n\n\nThis is an online event taking place on Microsoft Teams \n \nAudience\nBusiness in the Community (BITC) members with advisory\, as well as non-members who have an advisory package with us. Hosted by our issue experts\, there are 20 forums a year\, covering a range of responsible business areas and enabling our members to discuss challenges\, solutions and ideas. \nWe particularly welcome attendees with responsibility for health and wellbeing\, human resources and diversity\, equity and inclusion within their organisations. Each attending organisation is limited to two places to maintain the intimacy of the event and maximise opportunities for cross-organisational learning. \n\n\nAbout the event\nData can play a crucial role in enhancing wellbeing and inclusion at work – the foundations of human performance – by providing insights into differing employee needs\, preferences and experiences. \n\nHow can you leverage the data you already hold to boost your organisation’s productivity and performance?\nHow effective are your current ways of listening to your employees – are you gathering the right data in the right ways?\nHow are you communicating your insights to inform strategic decision making at the most senior levels of the organisation?\nWhat role can AI play in capturing qualitative and quantitative insights from your employees?\n\nJoin this timely online event conducted under the Chatham House Rule to learn and share. \n\n\nAbout Business in the Community’s Peer Learning Forums\nBITC’s Peer Learning Forums provide a confidential environment to discuss common issues\, solutions\, and good practice.
