SUMMARY:Peer Learning Forum: Neuroinclusion in practice
DESCRIPTION:Join us to discuss practical ways to increase the inclusion of neurodivergent colleagues to reap the business benefits this will bring.\n\n\nThis is an online event taking place on Microsoft Teams \n \nAudience\nWe particularly welcome attendees with responsibility for health and wellbeing\, human resources and diversity\, equity and inclusion within their organisations. Each attending organisation is limited to two places to maintain the intimacy of the event and maximise opportunities for cross-organisational learning. \n\n\nAbout the event \nAround 15% of the UK population – c10m people – is estimated to be neurodivergent. However\, many neurodivergent people feel unable to share their neurodivergence at work – which means they aren’t able to access the help and support that would allow them to thrive. A 2026 report by The City & Guilds Foundation with Professor Amanda Kirby reports that less than four in ten neurodivergent employees report feeling psychologically safe to disclose\, trusting that adjustments will be implemented consistently\, and believing their organisation understands the impact of their neurodivergence. \nWhat do you know about the experiences of your neurodivergent colleagues at work\, and how they compare to neurotypical people?
