If you would like to attend this event\, please email Jenny.McLaren@bitc.org.uk. \n\n\nAbout the event\nIn response to recent member enquiries\, BITC is hosting an in-person\, confidential\, roundtable discussion for senior leaders to explore the shifting landscape of Equity\, Diversity\, and Inclusion (EDI) and the increasing pushback on EDI policies\, particularly in the US. \nBreakfast will be available from 8:30am before the roundtable discussion takes place from 9 – 10am. \nThe session will be introduced by Sandra Kerr CBE\, BITC’s Race Equality Director and Kirstene Hair\, BITC’s Inclusion and Wellbeing Issue Director\, before members participate in a facilitated discussion designed to enable peer-to-peer learning and deeper conversation.
