Peer learning forum: Ethnicity and Data Collation

Time: to

London NW1

Sponsored by Santander, this peer learning forum will discuss how organisations can best capture ethnicity data. This interactive session will bring together Business in the Community (BITC) members from across different sectors that are eager to share their experiences and learn from one another.

Peer learning forums are an opportunity for diversity and inclusion and human resources professionals to come together in a confidential environment to discuss common issues and good practice, along with solutions. There is an emphasis on delegate discussion and the sharing of experiences.
This event will focus on the Race at Work Charter principle two, which calls for organisations to capture data and publicise progress. Capturing ethnicity data is important to establishing a baseline and measuring progress. It is also a crucial step towards an organisation being able to report on ethnicity pay gaps.
This event is designed to benefit people working in diversity and inclusion and/or human resources. This event is open to all BITC members, but priority will be given to those with a race partnership.
A light lunch will be served.
