DESCRIPTION:BITC's Newport Place Programme is a collaborative initiative designed to bring together businesses\, community and public sector partners.\n\n\nAudience\nOpen to both members and non-members of Business in the Community (BITC). \nAbout the event\nNewport\, Wales\, is undergoing a dynamic transformation. Once shaped by the legacy of industrial decline\, the city is now embracing a bold vision for inclusive growth\, community empowerment\, and urban renewal. The challenges of deprivation\, rooted in economic\, social\, and structural factors\, are being met head-on through coordinated strategies that position Newport as a city of opportunity\, creativity\, and resilience. \nThis reception will showcase the impact Business in the Community and our partners have achieved in Newport\, highlight the importance of taking a collaborative approach to addressing challenges and present the successful outcomes of the King’s Seeing is Believing visit.
