The event has been designed to benefit senior leaders. \n\n\nBackground\nThe Race at Work Leadership roundtable aims to shape the future of workplaces across Scotland. Action by employers could boost the UK economy and lead to increased productivity and returns in the workplace. However\, these potential gains are stifled by the barriers faced by ethnically diverse talent in the workplace. \n\n\nAbout the event\nWe are bringing together industry leaders\, policymakers\, and influencers to discuss the critical topic of race at work.
