DESCRIPTION:Join peers to share your challenges\, learnings\, experiences and best practice on inclusive recruitment.\n\n\nAudience\nOpen only to Business in the Community (BITC) members who are Opening Doors signatories. \n\n\nBackground\nCreating meaningful employment is one of the most significant ways that businesses can contribute to the livelihoods of individuals and communities\, and is\, for many the only sustainable route out of poverty. \nOffering quality work experience\, adopting inclusive approaches to recruitment\, and breaking down barriers to entering work for people from disadvantaged groups can benefit businesses by helping them tackle skills shortages\, build new talent pipelines\, boost retention rates\, and achieve higher productivity. \nBusiness in the Community is calling on employers to commit to making job roles more accessible to diverse talent by committing to take action through our Opening Doors inclusive recruitment campaign.  \n\n\nAbout the online forum\nOpening Doors is BITC’s inclusive recruitment campaign\, which aims to make 2 million jobs more accessible by 2025. This event focuses on the unique aspects of menstruation and menopause\, fostering an environment of support and empowerment. \nWe aspire to equip you with the knowledge and confidence to champion women’s health matters in your workplace. \nThis event is gender inclusive and we invite those of all genders to attend\, whether or not you experience menstruation and/or menopause.
