DESCRIPTION:Sharing a confidential preview of diverse and inclusive supply chain survey results and discussion on new ‘Voices from Race at Work’ report.\n\n\nAudience\nThis event is open to Race Champions. \n\n\nThis Champions Forum will update attendees on the progress of the supplier diversity and inclusive supply chain project. SUMMARY:Let's Care Together - Programme Introduction (for Employers)
DESCRIPTION:This webinar is for employers and wellbeing leads to introduce our new virtual mentoring initiative to support carer’s wellbeing. \n\n\n\nAudience \n\n\n\nThis is a virtual event is open to employers\, wellbeing leads and employee carer networks. \n\n\n\nBackground \n\n\n\nBusiness in the Community (BITC) and leading healthcare provider Simplyhealth\, have come together to co-create the Let’s Care Together programme. \n\n\n\nResearch shows that unpaid carers have worse wellbeing outcomes than non-carers\, and are likely to be time-poor due to their caring responsibilities*. The programme aims to support carers by streamlining access to resources and providing practical support across the four pillars of wellbeing: Physical\, Mental\, Social and Financial. DESCRIPTION:Join us to learn the employer actions that are making the most impact to improve social mobility through an intersectional lens. \n\n\nThis is an online event. \nAudience\nThis event is open to both members and non-members of Business in the Community (BITC). The event has been designed to benefit HR Directors\, Talent Managers\, EDI Directors and those who work in recruitment. \n\n\nBackground\nOn 9 May\, BITC will be launching the findings of our innovative research project\, Opening Doors: What Works.
