Open to all employers and free to join\, we have an ambition to make 2 million jobs more accessible to diverse talent by supporting employers to make changes to the way they recruit. \n· Two-thirds of UK workers say that acceptance and inclusion of employees from all backgrounds is important to them when searching for jobs (YouGov\, 2023) \n· 37% of employers report having hard-to-fill vacancies – 52% of public sector employers and 33% of private sector employers (CIPD Labour Market Outlook\, 2025) \n· Diverse companies earn 2.5 times higher cash flow per employee\, and inclusive teams are more productive by over 35%. (Research and Markets Global Market report\, 2022) \n  \nSee it\, Be it Programme: \nSee it Be it is designed to bring the world of work to life for young people.
