Diverse organisations perform better, have higher employee satisfaction and better financial returns, and are more innovative. There would be a potential boost of £24bn to the UK economy annually, if employers get race equality in the workplace right for example. ¹. However, we still have a long way to go before organisations in the UK are race, gender and age equal as this factsheet illustrates.
