Wellbeing Leadership Team

Fiona has ownership of the responsible business, environmental sustainability and inclusion and diversity strategies for Lloyds Banking Group. She also oversees the relationship between the Group and the independent Lloyds Banking Group charitable foundations, which are collectively one of the largest corporate foundations in the UK. In addition, Fiona manages the partnership between Lloyds Banking Group and its charitable partner, Mental Health UK, which to date has delivered over £4m in fundraising for the charity, and enabled Mental Health UK to establish the first mental health and money advice line.
Fiona is currently Director of the cross-business Agile Future Forum (AFF).  Established in 2013, the AFF’s purpose is to support UK businesses to become more agile.  She is also author of The Agility Mindset, published in January 2017, proposing a new model of work for organisations in the 21st century.
Most recently, Fiona has been appointed a member of the steering group of the Hampton Alexander review of FTSE 100 women leaders.  This is the follow-up group to the Women on Boards review led by Lord Davies.
Fiona was awarded an OBE in the 2011 New Year’s Honours List for services to equal opportunities.

Each area of work Business in the Community (BITC) undertakes is led by a group of senior executives who provide strategic guidance and support us in achieving our objectives.

The purpose of BITC’s Wellbeing Leadership Team is to build a movement that is committed to positioning health and wellbeing as strategic boardroom issues with a particular focus on mental health; driving collective action through evidence-based, practical solutions.
