James Oates is a marketing and brand leader with over 20 years’ experience. In his role at Deloitte, James is responsible for developing the firm’s positioning, managing its major sponsorships and leading the development and execution of our brand strategy in the UK. His team has won numerous awards for its innovative approach to brand building.
Through his work, James has become increasingly interested in and involved in the skills agenda – in particular working with Deloitte’s 5 Million Futures, Deloitte UK team to support the firm’s ongoing investment in education and skills. Working with schools and charities, it mobilises people through volunteering, fundraising and pro bono work to build better futures throughout the UK.
