As the Director of Consulting Services at Project One, James O’Sullivan is responsible for leading and shaping the growth of one of the UK’s leading independent management consultancies.
James brings a depth of experience in shaping and executing practical change solutions that deliver the required customer outcomes. He has worked in change management for 25 years, alongside customers across the financial services, transport, retail grocery, and telecoms sectors.
Having designed elements of the original London Congestion Charging operation, James has subsequently taken a keen interest in the environmental aspects of large-scale, business critical, complex change and transformation. James wants to continue to work collaboratively with UK businesses to shape the practical and technical changes that can be shared and implemented to create a more sustainable future for the planet and future generations.
A fair and inclusive transition is part of our Challenge 2030 campaign to make the climate crisis history in the next decade. It calls on businesses to increase:
- The scale of ambition in climate action plans, using Taskforce on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) thinking to embed risks and opportunities into business as usual.
- The speed with which they will achieve net zero carbon, as close to 2030 as possible and aligned with the UN’s Race to Zero.
- Their scope of influence, developing and implementing an inclusive strategy in collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
