Lizzie Crowley is CIPD’s Senior Skills Policy Advisor and leads CIPD’s research and policy development on the UK skills system. CIPD is the professional body for HR and learning and development professionals, and its mission is to champion better work and working lives.
Lizzie is a policy and research professional with over 17 years of experience in the employment and skills arena. She has worked within the public and private sectors to develop high-quality research to inform organisational practice, public policy and shape public debate.
As a senior policy advisor for the CIPD, Lizzie is passionate about the powerful role organisations can play, working in partnership with groups like Business in the Community’s Future Skills and Good Work Taskforce. The result of such partnerships ensures access to inclusive, rewarding and fulfilling work. It also equips individuals with the skills they need to adapt and thrive in the changing world of work.
