Alongside financial support, the Programme also provides mentoring and professional support.  BlackBerry see the programme as a first step in a long-term commitment to engage women at every stage of their careers from education onwards.

The Programme is seeking applications from female undergraduates worldwide, with a closing date of 26 June.  Alicia Keys will lead a panel of inspirational and accomplished women in selecting the successful applicants.
