Over the past year, Business in the Community has convened a working group of HR professionals from leading UK employers including Ricoh, Barclays, Centrica, CIPD, The City & Guilds Group, Costain, PwC and Unipart, who have all discussed which metrics really matter to them when evaluating their youth recruitment processes. The group has also explored the key steps employers can take to create an integrated measurement system to evaluate their youth recruitment.
Join this webinar, hosted by Rebekah Wallis, Director of People and Corporate Responsibility at Ricoh who chaired the working group, to hear about the key findings from the group and hear about some of the participants’ case studies. Issues they will be discussing include tracking the outcomes of your work experience programmes, spotting and removing barriers to social mobility and improving the retention of your early careers programmes.
These issues will all be covered in BITC’s new Guide to Measuring the Effectiveness of your Youth Recruitment which will be launched during the webinar alongside the #MetricsMatter campaign.
