Scott Sanders concentrates on strategic business planning, corporate communications and governance. He leads on Linc’s New Business Strategy and is a Director of Tarbed Ltd.

Scott has held Directors roles with responsibility for Asset Management, Development, Housing and Corporate Leadership. He has worked with Pobl Group for the past 13 years leading Charter Housing and Derwen Cymru. He is a Non-Executive Director for ASH Wales, Abbeyfield Wales Society and Community Housing Cymru.

Emily-Rose Jenkins is a passionate young leader working as a geotechnical engineer for Transport for Wales. She has a varied experience working on both railway and highway schemes in design and asset management, focusing on the interconnection between geotechnical assets, drainage and the environment. She believes in making the world a better place; working with nature and not against it. Emily-Rose is a One Young World Ambassador and is currently taking part in the Future Generations Leadership Academy.
