After 25 years of campaigning for race equality in the UK, Business in the Community (BITC) believes every employer must prioritise action on race.

There are two key actions leaders can take today to amplify your commitment to improving equality of opportunity in the workplace.

1. Sign the Race at Work Charter

The charter consists of seven calls to action that encourage charter signatories to take practical steps to ensure workplaces are tackling barriers ethnic minority people face in recruitment and progression.

2. Capture and publish ethnicity pay gap data
