This looks at what has been achieved directly. Remember to think about the Community, business and the employee and how each group has benefitted. Also, think back to your objectives and what issues and target groups you were aiming to support.

Community benefit: The number of young people with reading partners as part of an education business partnership.
Business benefit: Increase in skills development of staff.
Employee benefit: Development of personal skills and job satisfaction.
The qualitative data can be captured through carrying out surveys and recording the programme benefits through staff appraisals etc.
