Play your part by reviewing your recruitment practices to ensure they are inclusive for young unemployed people.

We want all business to:

Start by using the short Self-assessment tool.

On completion a member of the Generation Talent team will then be in touch to discuss your results and provide assistance and potentially an introduction to a bespoke DWP Account Manager or Champion.

Then using the tailored report and resources:

  1. Reassess your criteria for entry level jobs and advertise your roles through Jobcentre Plus

  2. Provide transparent recruitment processes

  3. Offer feedback to interviewed candidates
