During Responsible Business Week, 24th - 28th April 2017, BITC organised a series of Community Conversations in various locations around the UK.
These conversations brought together local businesses, community organisations and government representatives to explore the issues affecting their communities and how they can build a connected society together; sharing knowledge and skills to address key social challenges. Find out more about the events that took place here.

We can arrange a bespoke activity for your business, working with you to understand how you most effectively address the needs of your community in a way that is relevant to your business. Activities can form part of longer-term commitment to a particular community organisation, or be one-off activity; designed to meet the needs of the community and your business priorities.
To discuss what opportunities are available in your area, get in touch with your local BITC contact.
You can organise this at a time of year that suits your business.
Tweet about your activity using #giveandgain, and tell us about what you have been doing using our short on-line form so that we can share your story and showcase the power of employee volunteering across the country.
Visit the Give & Gain resources page for guidance on organising an activity, or get in touch with your local BITC regional contact.
We will be organising local action days across the country, to bring together a number of businesses to address a key challenge in a place. These will take place at different times throughout the year.
