Referrals and Partners

A person holding a sign saying - You keep me going - s.s.

Do you work with people who need to get a foot-in-the-door at work? Are they homeless or at risk of homelessness, long-term employed, lone parents, ex-offenders, suffering from debt or have previous substance misuse issues? We know how much your clients rely on you to get them back on their feet – let us help you.

Partnering with Business in the Community’s Ready for Work programme provides access to national employers and a tried-and-tested model tailored for people facing multiple barriers to work. After completing Ready for Work, over 55% of participants gain employment of which nearly 78% sustain employment for three months or more.
