The COP21 Agreement, reached in December 2015, has been hailed as a breakthrough after decades of climate change negotiations deadlock.

Although there may not be any immediate ramifications for companies coming out of the agreement there are expectations that changes do line ahead for example in the areas of reporting and assurance.
