This collection of impact stories aims to inspire and encourage more employers to follow the lead of those businesses that are proactively safeguarding their future workforce.

This is a short collection of examples of good practice from businesses tackling youth unemployment and in creating quality and accessible jobs for all young people. With 1 in 3 young people finding applying for jobs difficult, there is a huge need for businesses to re-assess their criteria for entry-level roles and to be more transparent in their recruitment process.
