Resource Productivity and the Circular Economy: Laying the foundations and accelerating the pace of change

Two white arrows in a circle
This paper presents the results of consultation with BITC’s Circular Economy Taskforce on opportunities for the UK to take a leading global role in resource productivity and move to a circular economy
It is intended to be useful to all stakeholders with an interest in collaborating to achieve a more circular economy – Government, business, academia and others.
The paper should be read alongside a macroeconomic paper, Smart Growth: The economic case for the circular economy,  produced by WRAP, as a member of the Circular Economy Taskforce, describing the potential economic benefits of a circular economy to the UK.
