Annual Responsible Business Gala Dinner, hosted by National Grid: Guest joining instructions

We are delighted you are attending the Annual Responsible Business Gala Dinner at the Royal Albert Hall on 7 July. We are expecting over 1,000 guests on the night and entertainment from Adam Hills and City Year with the brilliant Claudia Winkleman guiding us through the evening.

We are looking forward to welcoming you for what we hope will be an enjoyable and inspiring evening.

Access

Please ensure you bring your event ticket (sent by post) with you to gain entry.

If you do not have your ticket please go to Door 6 and visit the information desk where your attendance can be verified and a badge issued.

Personal Belongings

Cloakroom facilities will be available at Door 6.

Photography

Please do not take photographs – official photographs will be available to all guests online on the morning of 8 July from Business in the Community.

Entry to the Venue

Entrance is strictly by ticket only. The tickets you have received have the door which you need to use printed on them. It is vital that you use the correct door printed on your ticket as there will be a name badge waiting for you at the reception desk at that door. Entry to the Main Hall will be via name badge and ticket only.
