Susan Bright is the Global Managing Partner for Diversity & Inclusion and Responsible Business at Hogan Lovells. Delivering on its commitments to diversity & inclusion and responsible business is one of Hogan Lovells’ five strategic priorities.

In this role, Susan works with colleagues to lead the firm’s efforts on diversity & inclusion, wellbeing, pro bono, community investment, fundraising partnerships and embedding sustainability across the firm’s global operations, as well as collaborating with the firm’s clients and other partners in these areas. Susan is passionate about purpose-led businesses, client service, collaboration, innovation and sustainability. She is focussed on creating an inclusive culture where everyone can thrive and on partnering with other businesses to create a just transition to a more sustainable world.

Prior to taking on this role, Susan was the Managing Partner for the firm’s UK and Africa region for many years.

Susan is also an antitrust lawyer, previously leading the firm’s global antitrust practice. Susan is a keen cyclist, runner and novice beekeeper.
