BITC Workwell Campaign

BITC Workwell is a coalition of businesses committed to improving levels of understanding of the role of workplace wellness.  We ask that organisations engage with the business case, join our Movement, review their wellness approach and commit to public reporting, all of which will drive up staff engagement, productivity and business performance.

Our goal is a diverse, skilled and healthy workforce that actively volunteers, with business setting public targets on diversity, fair pay, productivity and wellbeing.
