Responsible Business Health Check 

At Business in the Community (BITC), we believe that the journey to becoming a more responsible business should be simple. That’s why we’ve developed our Responsible Business Health Check tool.  

It is exclusive to BITC member organisations of all sizes, and sectors. It aims to help understand and measure responsible business maturity level in a fast, accessible, and flexible way.  

What is the Responsible Business Health Check?

The Responsible Business Health Check is an easy-to-use tool, which measures progress against striving towards being a healthy business which looks at your overall responsible business strategy, as well as the following six key issue areas:  

Health and Wellbeing, Inclusion, Employment and Skills, Circular Economy, Climate Action, Nature Stewardship.

Once the gaps have been identified, a report will be developed by your dedicated Relationship Manager, to create clear actionable next steps and objectives. They will work closely with the member organisation and support them throughout their journey.
