About Kate Hilton


Kate Hilton is Director of Advisory & Member Services, where she leads Business in the Community’s delivery of high quality member-led advice and support, and oversees BITC’s regional strategy. An inclusive and pragmatic leader, Kate is known for building high‑performing teams and translating strategy into clear, practical action. In recent years she has played a central role in organisation‑wide initiatives focused on culture, colleague development and customer experience.

Kate spent her early career at Deutsche Bank, working across their Asset Management, Credit Risk Management and Compliance divisions, before joining Business in the Community in 2010.

Outside work, she is a school governor, sings with a number of chamber choirs and enjoys gardening and spending time with her young family.

Kate joined Business in the Community in 2010 and has served as Director of Advisory & Member Services since March 2026.

The Executive Leadership Team of Business in the Community (BITC) provides strategic leadership and governance for the organization. The board is responsible for setting BITC’s long-term vision, overseeing performance, and ensuring accountability in delivering its mission. Working closely with our board of directors, the executive team champions responsible business practices, drives collaboration across sectors, and supports initiatives that promote inclusive growth, environmental sustainability, and positive social impact throughout the UK.
