About Alex Jelves-Sutton

Alex has dedicated the past nine years to NatWest, building extensive experience in customer-facing roles where developing trusted relationships, understanding individual needs, and delivering meaningful outcomes have been central to their work. Having lived in the Norwich area throughout their life, they have a strong personal connection to the city and a passion for supporting the people, businesses, and communities that make it thrive. 

In their current role, Alex focuses on engaging with and supporting local communities, ensuring NatWest remains visible, accessible, and responsive to local needs. They are committed to listening, building partnerships, and creating opportunities that help individuals and organisations achieve their potential.

Alex joined the Norwich Pride of Place Board, driven by a desire to contribute to the city’s long-term prosperity and help create opportunities for inclusive growth. Alex is passionate about working collaboratively with partners across Norwich to strengthen communities, support local ambition, and make a lasting positive impact for future generations. 

Alex has served on Business in the Community’s Norwich Pride of Place board board since June 2026.
