Wojciech Ilowski is the Industries Strategy and Transformation Leader for Marsh UK, part of Marsh McLennan group, a global professional services firm specialising in Strategy, Risk and People. He is responsible for the industry-led, go-to-market strategy. Wojciech has 10 years’ experience operating at board level in complex, global and local organisations, accountable for end-to-end transformation programmes in the risk and insurance sector across multiple geographies and cultures.
Previous experience includes work in the global technology sector in a range of operational and licensing roles. His core expertise encompasses transformational change, commercial and business strategy, and operations. Wojciech holds a profound belief that education and learning are key enablers to creating an equitable society and economy that is resilient, future-proofed and thriving. Investment in the teachers and educators community is the primary way of achieving a scalable social impact. He has been a trustee of the Education and Training Foundation since 2022, and a governor at New City College Group since 2024.
