With more than 20 years communications experience in the utility and energy sector, Gwyn Thomas has a proven track record of delivering strategic public relations and public affairs campaigns.
At Wales & West Utilities, he heads up the communications function – which covers all aspect of external and internal communications. Prior to this, he led the public relations and public affairs functions at Welsh Water and also led on crisis communications during operational incidents.
Gwyn is also well versed in developing and delivering successful stakeholder and community engagement strategies to secure planning permission for large scale energy infrastructure projects.
