Jen has worked with Capita for over 20 years, holding a variety of roles across administration, bid writing, people development and, more recently, social value. She has predominantly supported public sector clients across the North East and Cumbria and now works with central government clients within the healthcare division, creating new opportunities to drive impact through partnerships aligned to equality, diversity and inclusion.
Jen is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and has also contributed to her local community as a school governor and Enterprise Advisor with the Combined North East Authority, supporting schools to strengthen links between education and employment.
She brings extensive experience of working with community partners, with a particular focus on employability, skills and STEM programmes across the North East and Cumbria. Jen has built strong, long-standing relationships with Business in the Community (BITC) and is proud to support Capita’s membership, collaborating across regions and sharing best practice with wider Capita leadership to promote a joined-up, impactful approach to social value.
Outside of work, Jen enjoys spending time with family and friends and supporting her son at football matches.
