Jo Hoy leads Business Development at the Maids Head Hotel in Norwich, where she focuses on building strong relationships, partnerships, and community connections. She plays a key role in strengthening links between the hotel, local businesses, and the wider Norwich community, helping ensure the hotel remains an active and valued part of the city. 

Passionate about championing Norwich’s heritage, hospitality, and growth, Jo works to create opportunities that support tourism, collaboration, and local enterprise. She is committed to fostering partnerships that enhance the city’s visitor offer and contribute to its continued success. 

Severn Trent is a business that is rooted in the region and having spent his entire UK career in the West Midlands, Ravi is proud to join the West Midlands Leadership Board, collaborating with other business leaders to help the region thrive.

Jo joined the Norwich Pride of Place Board, driven by her commitment to supporting Norwich’s long-term prosperity and bringing organisations together to create positive change. She is passionate about helping showcase Norwich as a great place to live, work, visit, and invest. 

Jo has served on Business in the Community’s Norwich Pride of Place board board since February 2026.
