Kevin Rhone is an accomplished leader in social impact and community engagement, currently spearheading Responsible Business at Novus Property Solutions. Since joining Novus in 2011, Kevin has driven the strategic development and implementation of the company’s Responsible Business programme, with a core focus on reducing poverty, supporting wellbeing, and advancing environmental improvements within the communities served by Novus across the UK.

Under his guidance, Novus Property Solutions has strengthened its reputation as an award-winning property maintenance company, renowned for its dedication to quality service, workforce safety, and sustainable practices. Kevin’s passion for community development is reflected in his instrumental role in supporting over 1,000 community and charitable projects to date.

As a member of Business in the Community’s North West Leadership Board, Kevin actively contributes to one of the UK’s largest business-led movements, collaborating to address social challenges and drive meaningful progress at both local and national levels.
Away from his professional commitments, Kevin values family time with their three young children. He is also deeply involved in community initiatives, serving as a trustee for a homeless charity and as Chairman and football coach at his local youth football club.
