About Alison Walker
Alison is the Social Impact Skills portfolio lead within Deloitte’s UK Social Impact team. Her work focuses on digital and green skills, tackling economic inactivity, and strengthening pathways into good employment with an emphasis on long-term, system-level change. She brings a strong focus on delivery, building partnerships that translate into real impact.
She has spent 10 years at Deloitte working with charities, schools and volunteers, previously leading a national education programme focused on employability, enrichment and building workplace capital for young people, while supporting strong and sustainable school leadership. Before Deloitte, she spent 12 years in the charity sector in corporate fundraising roles across health, children and education organisations.
Alison has served on the Employment and Skills Leadership Team since May 2026.
