Michail Mavrovitis is an accomplished leader with more than 20 years’ experience at Enterprise Mobility, one of the world’s leading mobility providers, operating in more than 90 countries and territories. He began his Enterprise Mobility career in 2002 in Southern California, progressing to Area Manager before relocating to Europe in 2014 as Regional Rental Manager for Global Franchising across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

In 2018, he was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Franchise Operations, supporting growth in more than 40 countries. Michail went on to serve as Assistant Vice President of Rental for the UK and Ireland in 2020, and in 2021, became Vice President of Rental for Enterprise Flex-E-Rent. As of August 2025, Michail leads Enterprise Mobility’s operations in Scotland and Northern Ireland as General Manager/Vice President. The region spans an extensive network across major cities and airports, offering flexible rental options for consumers, businesses and insurance replacement customers. Under his leadership, the team continues to drive innovation, operational excellence and meaningful partnerships that enhance mobility across communities.
