About Katy Clarke
Katy Clarke is Head of Talent for Capita HAAS (Health Assessment Advisory Service) across the UK. Since joining Capita 8 years ago she has worked on various Public Sector contracts with he MOD and MOJ. She has built a career in Talent across both professional services and business process outsourcing in a career spanning the last ten years. Katy is a graduate of Keele University in Stafford with a degree in HR & Business and is completing her CIPD L7 and HR Masters course due to complete February 2027. Katy now lives in Leicestershire with her husband and two sons and is keen to drive an impact in education in the Midlands via the BITC Regional Board.
Katy has served on Business in the Community’s East Midlands Leadership board since March 2026.
