About Nikki Williams
Nikki is Director of Campaigning, Communities and EDI at The Wildlife Trusts and a creative communicator with a talent for turning ideas into action. She specialises in bringing complex policy and scientific research to life through engaging, accessible storytelling. Drawing on extensive experience in project management, campaigning and community organising, Nikki collaborates with artists, digital developers and print specialists to translate technical insight into inspiring cultural and environmental initiatives. Resourceful and solutions-focused, she is driven by connecting people and communities with the ideas that shape a more sustainable future for everyone.
Nikki has served on Business in the Community’s Climate Action Leadership Team board since January 2026.

Our Leadership Teams are made up of senior executives who lead and support each of our issue areas and campaigns: Climate Action, Employment and Skills, Gender Equality, Responsible Business, Race Equality, and Wellbeing. The purpose of Business in the Community’s (BITC) Climate Action Leadership Team is to challenge and support businesses to lead a just transition to a resilient, net-zero economy that creates positive outcomes for people and nature, now and in the future.
